Villa Vivace is modernly furnished and features three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds.There are three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite and private in the rooms. In the living area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a large satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.Bed linen and towels, as well as pool towels, are provided. A special highlight of the house is the large games room with fitness equipment, table tennis, and darts. On the spacious terrace, there is a dining table and a brick barbecue, as well as the 30m² heated pool with sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower. The view of the sea is simply fantastic.
