Villa Costanza is a unique and panoramic property located in Salicerchie, around 800 meters from the centre of Maiori, a small and pretty town off the 'Amalfi Coast'. The villa enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and the coastline from the swimming pool and the solarium terrace.
DESCRIPTION
The property is accessible from the main road SS 163 through 87 stair-steps leading directly to the big terrace of Villa Costanza. A goods lift will bring your luggage upstairs.
The Villa is provided with a wide variety of amenities as follows: 
A fully equipped patio with outdoor dining area equipped with ceramic table and with chairs
Panoramic terrace with large outdoor sofa and furniture
Open area, surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation.
By climbing few steps you will have access to the lavish swimming pool (4x7 Mt, H 1,5 Mt) with the solarium area and hydro massage pool (4 people) .
The terrace gives access to the interior of the Villa that consists of 2 levels distributed as follows:

Elegant living room with sofa, flat tv and satellite channels, equipped w/ a modern pellet stove for the winter time.

2 double bedrooms one of which with sea view, equipped w/ air conditioning and heating system

First Floor
2 double bedrooms, with private bathroom w/ shower, one bedroom is illuminated by a pretty terrace with sea views, while the other bedroom is internal and built into the rocks. Both are equipped w/ air conditioning and heating system
The Villa has the capacity to sleep 8 and comes with 2 private parking car spaces directly accessible from the main road.
About 5 minutes in walking distance from the villa is the access (via 160 stairs) to the small and untouched beach appropriately named 'Clear Waters' because of its remarkable crystal clear waters. The nearby city centre of Maiori offers to the guests of Villa Costanza the facilities of many useful services like Bank, Post Office, shops, Restaurants, bar, Tourist Jetty, equipped beaches, scooter rentals etc.
In few words, the Villa boasts of large and very panoramic outdoor spaces, the ideal place to enjoy unique moments in total relaxation and privacy or even to host, on request, special events in the backdrop of a most stunning sea view.
