Detached, cool, sunny and quiet cottage with large garden

Forget all your worries in this oasis of serenity.
Detached house with large surrounding garden, completely fenced and on 2 levels. The house is fresh, sunny and quiet, suitable for any type of holiday need and as a base for visiting the Larian Triangle and the Pearl of the Lario, Bellagio or for excursions to the San Primo, Palanzone and Corni di Canzo mountains with a special view of the Grigne group from the Ghisallo pass. All types of commercial services nearby, including a pharmacy, max 500 meters away.
The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster, a large living room with flat screen TV, sofa bed, fireplace and French window with direct exit to the patio. The main bedroom is double with new mattress and pillows, wardrobe and chest of drawers, second bedroom always with double bed and small corner used as a work space. Both bedrooms are equipped with linen. Bathroom with tub / shower and washing machine, equipped with towels, hairdryer and first aid kit.
Outside there is a patio with a 6-seater table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the open air, a fixed umbrella and 2 deckchairs where you can relax or sunbathe.
At the back of the house there is a fixed barbecue equipped and usable.
The raised part of the garden, thanks to the plants, offers an excellent and large shaded space.
Possibility of parking inside or near the entrance gate of the property.
Free access to all areas of the villa indicated in the advert.
Pets accustomed to living in the house and in a civil context are welcome but ABSOLUTELY AVOID that they climb on the beds and sofa under penalty of compensation for any damage caused by the animal.

Bed linen and towels are included, on request change of linen for a fee.
The location is optimal as a base for excursions and trekking in the mountains or for visiting Lake Como. Bellagio, a renowned tourist resort, is a 10-minute drive away.
At 500 meters there is the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Ghisallo, patron saint of cyclists, and the related Cycling Museum, unique in its kind in the world. At 1 km there is an outdoor swimming pool and at 2 km Big Bench which also offers an excellent view of the lake.
At 2 km at an altitude of about 950 meters there is the Menaresta, source of the Lambro river, and the Jungle Rider, an adventure park suitable for everyone.
From 1 April 2025 a tourist tax of € 2.5 per person per night comes into force, for a maximum of 10 nights. Children up to 12 years old are exempt. The tax will be paid upon arrival in cash as required by local legislation.
