Des vacances inoubliables dans un paradis de verdure et de calme, avec des visites surprenantes d'animaux sauvages : Lièvres, biches, ... et de nombreux oiseaux.Un majordome, Mr Nawaz, à la fois disponible et discret.C'était aussi une immense piscine à débordement, une vue extraordinaire sur la presqu’ile de l’Argentario, et beaucoup de plages très agréables à moins d'une demi-heure de voiture.Un seul regret, notre hôte, Raffaële, n'a pas envisagé une seule seconde de nous faire goûter les produits issus de ses oliviers. Nous ne l'avons d'ailleurs aperçu que 5 minutes sur un séjour de plus de 15 jours.Hormis ce petit point sans grande importance, je recommande vivement la Petraia à tous les amoureux de la nature et du calme.

Tolle Häuser

Wir waren im Juli/August für eine Woche im Haus und waren sehr angetan. Neben der traumhaften Lage und den schönen Häusern waren wir begeistert von der Umgebung und der Lebensqualität. Raffaele, der freundliche Besitzer, den wir kennenlernen konnten, hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Nawaz, der sich um die Häuser und das Grundstück kümmert, ist nett und hilfsbereit. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und klimatisiert, die Bäder sind gut und die Küche und das Wohnzimmer schön. Besonders toll sind die Terrasse und der Garten mit Pool.

An exceptionally nice visit./ Una visita eccezionalmente piacevole.

The house is beautifully situated between olive trees and vineyards. The property is very large and well maintained. There is a magnificent 360 degree view. Nothing disturbing. A wonderful view of Magliano, on the beautiful nature and even on the sea and Monte Argentario. The pool is very large and we loved enjoying the afternoon sun there. Magliano is not far and you can have a great dinner there (we recommend Da Guido and La Poventa). But there are also many authentic restaurants nearby. Even Grosetto and Orbetello are not far away (between 25 and 30 minutes). We received a very warm welcome and the caretaker took perfect care of us. Many Thanks. Raffaele and his wife are wonderful hosts and people. La casa è splendidamente situata tra ulivi e vigneti. L'appezzamento è molto grande e curatissimo. C'è una magnifica vista a 360 gradi. Niente di incomodo. Una vista meravigliosa di Magliano sul bellissimo paesaggio e anche sul mare e sul Monte Argentario. La piscina è molto grande e abbiamo trovato particolarmente bello godersi il sole nel pomeriggio. Magliano non è lontano e lì si mangia bene (consigliamo Da Guido e La Poventa). Ma ci sono anche molti ristoranti autentici nelle città circostanti. Anche Grosetto e Orbetello non sono lontani (tra 25 e 30 minuti). Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza molto calorosa e il custode si è preso cura di noi perfettamente. Grazie mille. Raffaele e sua moglie sono i padroni di casa e persone meravigliosi.

What a fantastic house!

We spent an unforgettable week with our kids in Raffaele‘s incredibly beautiful villa! We regularly rent houses for our holidays and this one was without any doubt the best one. The property is huge, the view is breathtaking, the house beautifully designed and furnished, the terrace with many nice places to sit, eat, read or simply enjoy the view - not to mention the big pool with its comfortable garden furniture and stylish sun protection. In a nutshell: a real jewel in Tuscany. We will come back!

Most relaxing country holidays ever!!

This beautiful property is situated on the hills next to Magliano and offers on the one hand a dreamlike view over olive groves and wheat fields to the bay north of Monte Argentario and to the Isola del Giglio, and on the other hand to Maglianio itself. The country house is situated on a 17 ha estate where olives are cultivated. The house has a very spacious garden with a 17 m pool. Cats and rabbits hop across the meadows, a horse looks over from the paddock, crickets chirp. There is no more relaxing holiday home than this. The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and is air-conditioned. The charming character of a country house has been retained. You immediately feel comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the week here very much and relaxed. The house is an unreserved recommendation. The owner Raffaele and his wife are incredibly friendly and helpful, showed us everything personally and gave us tips on restaurants and excursions (beaches, motorboat, etc.). The manager lives in a house on the edge of the estate and is always helpful and available, keeping the property tidy early in the morning. But at the same time he keeps a very discreet low profile, you don't notice him. You can shop either in Magliano at the Alimentari (7 min. by car) or at the cooperative next door (4 min. by car). Fruit and vegetables are available directly from the farmer nearby. We cooked a lot ourselves because of the great quality of the food, but we also went out to eat in restaurants. There are two to three very good restaurants nearby (Magliano and St. Andrea). We were here with our three adult children and enjoyed the stay to the fullest. It was definitely not our last time here. Thank you, Raffaele, for your hospitality!

Herbstferien 2020

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Besitzerfamilie und ihrem Butler empfangen. Wir hatten eine grandiose Woche inmitten der Natur der Maremma. Ein wundervolles Anwesen mit atemberaubenden Ausblick. Wir würden definitiv wieder hingehen.
