The facility is pretty disjointed, long walk from parking with luggage-up and down multiple stairs. Room pretty dated, but clean. Staff was very friendly, multiple dining options and shops/dining wirhin walking distance.

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Extremely courteous and helpful. The food was good as it has always been. The foyer and downstairs areas ( bar, restaurant, breakfast room and coffee shop were also very good but the rooms were quite tired and need some refurbishment along with the upstair corridors.

Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the furniture in is dated and you can see that the hotel has not invested enough to bring it up to date. Also the cleaning should improve, especially in the bathroom. We expect more from a 4 star hotel for about 200€ per night.

The staff were cheerful and proactive. My husband had a medical emergency and ended up in hospital, The staff supported me and that meant a lot especially when we were a long way from home

Downtown location with parking was appreciated. Even though they claim to be undergoing a renovation, the finishing were already top-notch and the property felt quite luxurious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
