Paid $175 for my room, got in almost midnight so i was really tired. Was awakened around 8:45 by a long constant knock on the door, 2 periods of knocking! Went to the door and saw it was a housekeeper. She said nothing just qalked away.was told by lady at the desk that no manager was availble for me to sseak to. Also, this is the only Hampton Inn location that ive stayed in where they had me to check out at 11 instead of 12.

Dear DeniseU, I would like to say thank you for staying with us in Warner Robins, GA. I am very sorry you were awakened early. Our Housekeeping Team begins working at 9:00 a.m. each morning. Sometimes we have rooms that check out earlier than 11:00 a.m. which is our check out time. If there is not a DND Do Not Disturb sign on the guest door our team will knock and enter if nobody comes to the door. I truly am sorry you were interrupted, however there was no DND on the door. The Manager On Duty was the Front Desk Agent that was on duty the day you asked for a Manager. They act as the Manager when I am not in. We have always had 11:0 a.m. as our check out time here in Warner Robins, GA. we also give late check outs when guests ask for them. We really appreciate you being our guest and we would love to have you come back and see us the next time you are in our area. If you would like to talk with me, please give me a call at your convenience. I look forward to speaking with you anytime. Thank You for staying. WD

Convenient to hospital and shopping.

Pros: Location. Located on Watson Blvd and very convenient for dining and shopping.
Cons: The breakfast could use some help. Omelet style with cheese in the center however they were overcooked and VERY firm.
Location: Location was great if you are shopping. We were there for hospital visit and that was about 3 miles away. Did not hear sirens all night.
We were pleased with this hotel. Location was perfect and cost was comparable to area hotels. Room was clean and bath spotless. Did not smell like some rooms smell. We used the microwave, refrigerator and iron. All were in perfect working order. Needed one extra garbage can in room. The two small ones filled quickly.

Overall good stay.

Cons: The bed.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Hampton Inn. The bed was not very comfortable for us, but the linens were nice and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
