En Guayaquil no hay ningún hotel 5 estrellas. El que diga lo que contrario no entiende que es solo marketing. Ahora bien, en la categoría más alta, un 4 estrellas ese sí es el Sheraton: limpio, cómodo y con buen menú de comida y bebidas. El personal siempre tiene una sonrisa.

We were told we could go to happy hour on the 8th floor. The hamburgers were old meat and the fruit cocktails had old, terrible fruits. The desserts were dried. Terrible food on the happy hour floor. Breakfast downstairs was good.
