O quarto era de bom tamanho com mobiliário funcional. O banheiro estava limpo e o box era grande com uma boa ducha. A cama era grande e a roupa de cama de boa qualidade. O café da manhã é bom e o restaurante oferece almoço e jantar com pratos deliciosos a um custo excelente. Entretanto, a TV era pequena e o pacote de canais péssimo! Não chamaria nem de básico, precisaria melhorar para ser básico. Pra piorar, nem smart são as TVs. Outro ponto negativo é o isolamento acústico, não há! Ouve-se qualquer conversa do quarto ao lado, som de TV e o barulho da rua. Resumindo, não pretendo voltar, pois há inúmeras opções na região.

Me hospedei baseada na Nota aqui no hotéis.com, porém o hotel todo não tem isolamento acústico e ouvimos todo barulho do corredor e rua. Inclusive nos colocaram primeiro em um quarto frente rua e imediatamente pedi pra trocar. No quarto não tem manta ou coberta, apenas o lençol branco, tornando uma noite desconfortável. Tive problema também com o estacionamento que diziam ter com manobrista, porém na hora da chegada tivemos que estacionador do outro lado da rua porque onde deveríamos parar o carro pra descer as malas estava tomado por carros estacionados por falta de espaço no estacionamento. E mesmo deixando a chave na recepção o carro não foi guardado. O restante muito bom: Localização, café da manhã e quartos limpos. Outra parte boa é que disponibilizam toalhas para uso na praia.

Experiência extremamente positiva, absolutamente nada a reclamar. Quarto limpo, roupas de cama e banho cheirosas, café da manhã farto, variado e gostoso. A equipe é super atenta a todos os detalhes, delicados no atendimento e ágeis e eficazes em resolver situações inesperadas. No início, tivemos um problema com o quarto, que não condizia com as imagens do app. Reclamamos e nos mostraram outro igual, o que daria no mesmo. Voltamos ao quarto e vimos que a cama estava suja, parecia cinza de cigarro, mas depois vimos que saiu do ar-condicionado qdo ligamos. Sujou bem a cama e o chão. Então, perguntei por um gerente para fazer reclamação, mas depois nos colocaram num quarto parecido com o das imagens e totalmente limpo. Após este episódio, só tenho elogios ao hotel, exceto quanto ao estacionamento, que é bem pequeno, o restante dos carros fica na rua. Café da manhã perfeitooo, mto bom mesmo, com mta variedade e tudo mto gostoso. Os funcionários bem prestativos e educados. Almoço servido no restaurante do hotel mto gostoso e vem bastante. Localização mto boa. Como perdemos mto tempo com o problema do quarto, nos compensaram estendendo o horário de saída. Gostamos mto do hotel, voltarei com certeza.

Atendimento nota 10 e muito cuidado com os detalhes! Nossa estadia no Tambaqui Praia Hotel foi fantástica. Queremos destacar a atenção dos atendentes, que fazem de tudo para nos sentirmos bem. Para quem tem intolerância à lactose, o café da manhã é muito inclusivo, com opções de queijo, leite e iogurte – algo difícil de achar com essa facilidade. A decoração romântica que prepararam na nossa cama foi um charme à parte! Tivemos apenas um imprevisto com a limpeza de uma toalha de praia, mas foi resolvido tão rápido que nem afetou nossa experiência.
