This place deserves a higher star rating than it currently has. It's a gem of a hotel. I almost want selfishly keep this find to myself but this hotel deserves praise.

Room was small for having booked something better than the standard option. They offer you a welcome drink but it was a bit of a scam as it's some sort of miniscule fruity concoction instead of a proper beer or wine. Would be better if they didn't even offer it honestly. But the complimentary minibar in the room was quite nice. Overall pretty charming hotel and comfy.

I had no idea Hotel Central has such an illustrious history! So glad they remodeled this historic location in April 2024. Our 20's style room on the 5th floor felt iconic, charming, and thoughtful. Great location, spotless, and worth staying again!

Hotel Central is a beautiful hotel. The attention to detail with furnishings from the 1920's, 1930's and 1940's is to be commended. It's in a good location with lots of dining options within walking distance. The roof top bar was great for having a drink with friends at sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it made our trip to Macau memorable.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff were all lovely. They speak very basic English, and the only negative part of our stay was the western breakfast. It’s not really western, the coffee isn’t great but hopefully they can improve the menu to include toast at least. The hotel is central and walking distance to the ruins

It is like brand new hotel. Decration with 1920's old fashion. It is very clean, staff are very nice, they make up room everyday. Great loaction it is in the old town centor.

We only had time for one night at the Hotel Central but will definitely stay there every time we go to Macau. Every detail of the renovation has been thoughtfully designed to make guests feel appreciated and welcomed. The hotel exudes graciousness, elegance and relaxation. Every single staff member is eager to make sure your stay is the absolute best possible experience. The room was compact yet so beautifully appointed. A highlight of the room was the shower that sprayed perfectly. We spent awhile on the rooftop, enjoying the welcome drink and soaking in the 360° views. Thank you to all at the Hotel Central for a wonderful stay.
