A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Ao abrir a torneira da pia do banheiro saia um cheiro de esgoto insuportável. Os travesseiros tinham cheiro de suor.

O quarto era regular, piso frio, cama confortável. O ar condicionado precisa de manutenção (limpeza). E o banheiro é bastante antigo, mas possui um chuveiro razoável e um box médio. O hotel precisa de uma reforma por completo. Além disso, os quartos e banheiros são muito escuros e pouco aconchegantes. O café da manhã é bom e os funcionários extremamente atenciosos.

Very friendly and easy check-in with Pamela at reception. Great location just a few blocks from the Fort and Amazon River. Lots of great restaurants and bars along the riverside - my favorite was "Brisa Boa". The hotel breakfast was good. Wi-Fi worked well and mini fridge and AC in rooms. Credit cards accepted. Uber works well in Macapá. Overnight bus to Oiapoque on the border with French Guiana leaves from bus station each night at 19:00 and costs 135 reais. This hotel is very good value for Macapá at about $40 USD for a single in July 2019.

Preço bom - cumpre muito bem sua proposta.

Fácil acesso ao hotel, que é no centro e está a apenas poucas quadras do principal ponto turístico da cidade, o Forte. Se você estiver familiarizado com a cultura e as condições da cidade de Macapá, vai entender que o hotel é muito bom. Se estiver comparando com grandes centros, ou com regiões turísticas especializadas, vai se desapontar. Pessoal da recepção muito atencioso e educado. Atendimento eficiente. As instalações estão no mesmo nível do restante da cidade - funcionam, porém visualmente dão sensação de abandono (porém, não é abandono ou descaso - é uma mistura de poucos recursos e da ação implacável do sol, das chuvas e ventos). Ar condicionado forte (o mais importante de tudo, pois a noite é quase tão quente quanto o dia) Wifi grátis e TV. Frigobar com preços baixos. Não usei o serviço de lavanderia, porém estava disponível. Não há serviço de quarto Café da manhã incluído no preço. Chuveiro elétrico que fica desligado (você pode ligá-lo manualmente), porém se tomar banho de tarde, a água desce morna sozinha, dispensando (na verdade impossibilitando) que se aqueça ainda mais a água. Camas e lençóis limpos. Armários ficam com portas abertas para evitar mofo (não havia nenhum). Não utilizei veículo, então não posso opinar sobre essa questão.

O hotel tem um relativo custo benefício, bem localizado e o café é ok. Porém ha uma grande preocupação com regras relativas a eventuais conflitos, como furto no hotel de roupas de cama, banho e quinquilharias como controle da TV por exemplo. Isso torna a hospedagem tensa e gera um certo constrangimento. Não seria um problema se fosse compensado com um atendimento agradável, por funcionários motivados, o que não é o caso.

Somente a trabalho e sem família.

Fotos não correspondem a realidade, pelo preço não posso reclamar muito, porém alguns ponto foram impactantes, como é no centro de Macapá, ser torna de fácil acesso, todavia há poucos locais por perto para almoçar e jantar além de ser aparentemente inseguro a noite. A higiene me chamou atenção, os copos na geladeira estavam bem sujos, além dos armários estarem fedendo a mofo. Chuveiro elétrico não estava funcionando e o banheiro estava com mal odor (Obs.: levem sabonete e shampoo, eles não disponibilizam). O ponto negativo que mais me chamou atenção foi um aviso na janela(sem trava ou cadeado, totalmente insegura) demonstrando ser inseguro o local e passível de ser furtado. Café da manhã regular, e o ponto alto são os funcionários, todos muito prestativos. Para uma viagem profissional foi tranquilo, porém não recomendo para famílias ou pessoas alérgicas.

Hotel bem simples! Realmente uma boa opção somente para negócios! Cheguei de madrugada e alguns minutos depois de ja esta do no quarto o rapaz do hotel trouxe a toalha! O café da manhã é bom o problema é o reabastecimento de alimentos no primeiro dia tinha acabado o obo mechido e não foi reposto!
