My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out.

Great hotel and location

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and most things are very good. This time we availed of the free bicycles provided at reception, a very nice extra. The pool was a little cloudy this time, but nice and quiet. Alternative breakfast arrangements due to maintenance were very well organised. Staff are good, With one very rude exception.

A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática, bom atendimento no checkin e checkout. Não chegamos a reclamar com o hotel mas tinha um registro solto no box do 412, toda hora caía no chão. Ao sair do banho descalço senti o chão do quarto pegajoso, ao abaixar para pegar um pertence vi muita poeira, lixo e teias embaixo da cama, havia até uma garrafa de água vazia empoeirada. não varreram embaixo das camas, mas no geral o cheiro do quarto estava normal e as roupas de cama limpas. As toalhas estavam limpas mas muito velhas, já puídas, em alguns pontos já sem felpas e um pouco encardidas. Quanto às comodidades só houve frasquinhos de shampoo e condicionador e sabonete, nada além do básico, e a qualidade dos produtos bem mediana. Como eu só ia passar uma noite deu pro gasto, mas a aparência é de que trocaram a roupa de cama e toalhas e deram uma ajeitada no quarto só pelo meio

Ar condicionado funcionando mal: problema no termostato, ora esquentavs muito, ora gelava demais e a pá da saída de ar não movia e a localização da saída de ar bem acima da conta. Mangueira da ducha do box arrebentou. Sem cobertores e roupa de cama curta. Quarto espaçoso.

Cheguei e não tinha vaga para parar o carro, na rua do hotel se parar é multado e tive q dar uma volta enorme, mais de 30 min para parar em um estacionamento conveniado porém descoberto. A Tampa do banheiro estava quebrada de forma q impedia de usar, pois machucava a perna e as nadegas.

Na recepção o atendimento é maravilhoso, o cafe da manhã tbm maravilhoso, agora infelizmente ficamos em um quarto que a parede do aparelho ar de condicionado era baixa e meu esposo bateu a cabeça duas vezes o q infelizmente ate sangrou. Na piscina nao ha salva vidas, achei muito irresponsável.
