Gegebenheiten genau nachfragen

Die Wohnung ist im Keller. Insgesamt befinden sich 2 Wohnungen nebeneinander. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich eine gemeinsame Terrasse mit nur einem Tisch. Bei unserer Ankunft waren weder die Stühle noch der Tisch sauber. Vogelkacke und Spinnenweben überall.Der Garten ist sehr ungepflegt. Bete verunkrautet. Rasen über Wochen nicht gemäht.Die Wege sind aus großen Kieseln als Pflastersteine und bei Nässe sehr rutschig und glatt. Die Treppe zur Wohnung wurde ebenfalls aus den großen Kieseln gemacht mit unterschiedlichen Stufenhöhen, ohne ein Geländer und ebenfalls schwer zu gehen und bei Nässe sehr glatt. Der Gartenweg mit der Treppe auf den Bildern ist der einzige Zugang zur Wohnung. Es steht außerdem nur ein Parkplatz für beide Wohnungen zur Verfügung.
