The individual that checked us in wasn’t very friendly. The room had no wash rags, coffee maker, phone, ironing board, blow dryer, extra mirrors. The shower leaked if you don’t get the shower curtain to stick to the side of the tub just right. I wasn’t impressed for the price at all

I had 2 rooms for a conference that we were attempting in Lynchburg. I didn’t eat the breakfast because there were roaches in the bedrooms and they switched our rooms twice. The 2nd time had other bugs in the rooms and a bunch of dead bugs on the window sill. The toilet was broken and the rooms had a bad odor. I never slept under the covers in fear that there might be bedbugs since there were so many other bugs.

We were aghast when we entered our room and discovered multiple insect infestations. We also were taken aback by what appeared to be human bodily fluids on the mirrors, sofa, headboards, and carpets. Two of us had difficulty breathing within about 3 minutes of entering the room, due to how thick the air freshener was. Because we were afraid of being bitten by the many living insects, we left after about 5 minutes, after having taken extensive video - it was so comically bad, we were worried nobody would believe us if we didn’t have video proof! Thankfully, we found a room at a hotel about 20 minutes away (which had no bugs or obvious bodily fluids). TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!

Stains on the towels. Questioned if the sheets had even been changed - cleaned. Smelled like everything was just washed in water. You could see boot prints in the bathroom. Lots of hair in the shower. Every time the AC cut on it sounded like it was about to break. Having to use two remotes on a tv that come up in Spanish. Only two eggs left no waffle mix. Breakfast drink machine was broken no sign. The girl just watched everybody figure it out. It looked like she was wearing Spider-Man pajamas.

Only 1 channel on the TV. Reported, not fixed. Large bug crawling along the wall in the breakfast room. Hopefully, was a spider. Hard to tell. The place has seen better days, but is right off the 29. So easy to get back and forth to/from Lynchburg...which is is a 30-40 drive, depending on where and how you go. Definitely not next door.

The room was dirty - 1/2 cracker in the floor between the beds. Extremely dirty under the beds. Very small TV didn't work ,no cable box or remotes. No double rooms available to switch to had the guy at the front desk get me a cable box and remote. We went to 5-6 rooms, with much nicer and bigger TVs before we found a cable box we take. Hooked the cable box up and was still unable to connect after three attempts and verifying connections. Assumed that they new the TV in that room didn't work - coaxial issue probably. Didn't stay for breakfast as we were upset with out stay....
