Kurzurlaub in Lychen
Die Wohnung ist in einem super Zustand und kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. Neu eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, fehlt eigentlich nichts zum Kochen oder dergleichen. Nur die Mitnahme eigener Boote und das Anlegen an den vorhandenen Steg sollten im Vorfeld abgestimmt werden, da die Durchfahrt zum See etwas niedrig ist (unter einer Brücke durch). Grill, Feuerstelle und Außenbereich waren zufriedenstellend. Service unkompliziert. Kontaktaufnahme sehr zuvorkommend!

Das Haus, in dem sich die Fewo befindet, macht von außen leider einen etwas verwahrlosten Eindruck. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig und ganz nett eingerichtet, bietet eine schönen Blick zum See, auf den Betten war gut zu liegen. Aber in Küche und Bad ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, Stichwort: Krümel im Besteckkasten. Schön ist auch nicht, dass Putzeimer und Staubsauger offen herumstehen, das könnte man gut in einer Nische verbergen. Dass der "direkte Seezugang" und Gartenbereich mit den Nutzern der anderen Fewo sowie Hausbewohnern geteilt wird, könnte vorab mitgeteilt werden. Im Bad fehlt ein Vorhang. Auch wäre ein Hinweis günstig, dass nicht direkt vor Ort geparkt werden kann.

Nicht zu empfehlen!
Wir hatten uns schon riesig auf die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Seezugang gefreut. Bereits beim Einchecken in die Wohnung wurden wir enttäuscht. Das Treppenhaus ist runterkommen und schmutzig. Die Haustüre ist verdreckt und die Türklinke kurz vorm Abfallen. In der Wohnung ist dreck und staub von unzähligen Vormietern zu sehen. Übler Geruch in der Wohnung.....! Der Duschvorhang verschimmelt. Wasserflecken bzw. Schimmel an den Decken von einem alten Wasserschaden vorhanden. Keine Vorhänge im Bad! Wir könnten noch viele negative Punkte aufzählen. Der Seezugang muss sich mit weiteren Mietern geteilt werden! Beim Schwimmen im See, wurde uns von Frau Pfahl gesagt, dass wir die Leiter am Steg zum Baden nehmen sollen, da im See lauter Müll lag bzw liegt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten sind total verdreckt bzw. zugekackt von den Vögeln im Baum. Da müsste man erstmal mit einem Spachtel ran. Es ist kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung vorhanden. Für 4,50 Euro Tagesticket kann man in der Nähe parken. Wir haben es notgedrungen zwei Nächte ausgehalten und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesund. Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter blieb unbeantwortet. Schade!! Schließlich sollte die Sommerurlaub entspannent und erholsam sein.

Besonders war der private Zugang zum See, mit Steg und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir haben dort, am Wasser, die meiste Zeit verbracht! Es war herrlich!

Sauberkeit
Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber und der Toaster ging auch nicht. Die Auflagen für die Stühlen draußen auch nicht angenehm und passen nichts. Der Grill oh mein Gott nicht erwähnenswert. Ferienwohnung ist schön auch die Lage. Aber Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Mfg

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im beschaulichen Lychen. Für uns war es eine perfekte kleine Auszeit mit der Familie. Anreise & Check-In waren super unkompliziert. Der freundliche Empfang war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber und hat alles was man von einer Ferienwohnung erwarten kann. Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern direkt auf den See ist toll! Und ohnehin - der private Seezugang ist großartig. Wir kommen gern wieder. Dann im Sommer, so dass wir den See auch richtig genießen können.

Genug Platz für 6 Personen und eine gute Küche
Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit Allem was man braucht mit genug Platz für 3 Paare. Eine wirklich brauchbare Küche in ist vorhanden sowie ein Grillplatz. Allerdings kann man sagen, dass für 6 Personen eine 2. Toilette fehlt. Leider ist die Straße für den beiden vorderen Zimmern tatsächlich ziemlich laut, wenn ein Auto vorbei fährt. Nach hinten raus ist es schön und der Platz im Garten am See ist wunderbar und man hat einen großen Tisch mit 6 Stühlen. Viele Seen und Plätze am Wasser sind in direkter Umgebung. Wer also nicht sehr lärmempfindlich ist oder bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen mag wird mit der Wohnung zufrieden sein.

Super Ferienwohnung direkt am See
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in Lychen, direkt am See mit privatem Zugang und Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür. Sehr schön geräumig und hell und nett eingerichtet. War alles da was man so braucht, sogar Salz & Spülmittel. Gerne wieder
