Thanks to the shared use of a boat with Ferienhaus Neuland 5, you can explore the lake, which is only 50 m away, directly from the water and experience the surroundings from a new perspective.



The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa bed, an additional sofa bed and a large TV, ideal for cozy evenings. The two bedrooms offer space for the whole family: one room is furnished with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed - perfect for children or friends.



The modern bathroom has a walk-in glass shower.
