家族経営のいい雰囲気のホテルです！ 100年以上経過したと思われる歴史的な建物のなかに客室はあります。 ホテル自体は非常に近代的でキレイです。客室も広くゆとりがあります。 共同キッチン兼休憩室はウォーターサーバーもあります。 また紅茶やコーヒー、砂糖等もあります。非常に魅力的な施設ですが、以下に注意点も記載します。 〇ホテルの客室は5階にあり、エレベーターやエスカレーターはなく、急な階段を登って利用します。 そのため、足の弱い方や荷物の多い方は検討の余地があります。 〇ホテルの標識はなく、入口がわかりにくいためホテルに確認する必要があります。 参考のため記載しますが、1階の猫カフェの脇にある赤い扉から入り、階段を登っていきます（入口のカギ番号は要確認）。 入口の説明とその鍵番号、チェックイン時間の確認でホテルから電話で連絡があると思いますが、会話はロシア語かウクライナ語です。どちらも全くできない人はやりとりがキツイと思われます。 以上注意点も今後の利用を検討される方のために記載しましたが、私自身は非常に魅力的な施設だと思います。機会があれば、いつでも利用します！ ただし上記の点、特に階段等の問題点がありますので☆を一つ減らしています。

Затишок та комфорт

Дуже привітний та уважний персонал. Є все необхідне (не вистачало тільки великого дзеркала, але без нього можна обійтися). Тихе місце, зручне розташування. Сніданок не брали, бо хотілося відвідати більше атмосферних кафе або ресторанів. Приємно, що дозволили на 7 год залишити речі, щоб ми до поїзда могли ще спокійно погуляти.
