Booking Requirements & Important House Rules

• Guest Registration & Rates: The person booking must be a main guest staying on-site and must be 24 years of age or older. Only registered guests may be present on the property. All guests (children/adults) are included at the same booking rates.
• Age Limit & Safety: ADULTS AND CHILDREN AGED 8+ ONLY. The property is not child-proofed for infants or toddlers.
• Travel Type: Leisure and corporate business travel lodging only.
