This seaside villa is a rare find located in Luvia, a highly sought-after vacation destination on the Western coast of Finland. Surrounded by pristine nature and breathtaking open sea views, the property features a separate sauna house, a private beach, and 4 large terraces. The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing with family or friends—whether you are sunbathing, dining outdoors, grilling, enjoying a Finnish sauna, or simply dipping your toes in the refreshing sea.

Main Villa (3 Bedrooms / Sleeps 6):
- Ground Floor Bedroom: Features one king-size bed (200x180cm).
- Ground Floor Bedroom: Features two single beds (200x90cm).
- First-Floor Loft Bedroom: Features two single beds (200x80cm) that can be arranged separate or together as a double. (Please note: The staircase leading to this loft is steep and narrow).

-All bedrooms are equipped with portable fans for your comfort.

-Main Living Space: Large, luminous open-plan living space with large windows opening towards the sea, including a living room, alcove sitting area, dining space, and kitchen.
-Kitchen Amenities: Fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, granite counters, essential dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
-Bathroom (Main Villa): Equipped with a shower, toilet, towels, hairdryer, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
- Villa Terrace: Large terrace located right in front of the villa with amazing sea views, dining table, sun loungers, and an outdoor grill.
- Sauna House: Good-sized sauna and sitting/dressing room, both featuring large windows with beautiful sea views and opening onto a terrace.
- Waterfront Terraces: Steps lead down from the sauna area to two large lower terraces with sun loungers, positioned right at the water's edge.

Convenient Location & Local Attractions:

-Local Village (10 mins by car): A charming countryside village providing grocery stores, essential services, and a local café offering fresh baked goods and traditional lunch options.
- Laitakari Sailing Port (15 mins by car): A charming harbor featuring a main waterfront restaurant and café with panoramic views, a casual restaurant inside a rustic boathouse, and ice cream kiosk next to the docks. It is the perfect place to enjoy refreshing summer drinks on a sunny terrace while watching the boats glide by. All harbor amenities run seasonally from June through August. It also serves as the main launch point for sailing charters through the pristine Luvia archipelago.
- Archipelago Sailing (Late May – August): Highly recommended! Book a summer cruise out of Laitakari on the locally built traditional wooden sailing ship Ihana (traditional salmon soup lunch included onboard). Public trips run weekly from late May until late August. Departure from Laitakari sailing port, highly recommended!
- Nearby Cities: You are just 25 minutes from Pori—famous for Yyteri’s magnificent sand dunes and the annual Pori Jazz Festival in July (with concerts and picnics in Kirjurinluoto park). Rauma's historic old wooden town district is 35 minutes away by car, offering boutique artisan shopping and hosting the famous Lace Week festival every July.
- Transit: The nearest regional airport and train station are located in Pori, an easy 25-minute drive from the villa.
