I had human feces and toilet paper in the toilet when I arrived into the room there was still garbage in the trash cans, and there were no shampoo for you to wash your hair with. It was only body wash and conditioner. The air conditioner was noisy and when I turn the heater on it smelt like it was going to burn up, I talked to the person at the desk to see if I can get a discount with all this and he said he couldn’t give me a discount because I already got a discount from Travelocity, and then the day I was about ready to leave. My fiancé was getting ready to go in the person cleaning the rooms try to come into my room without even knocking, and my fiancé was still partially undressed, and I went out to ask what she needed, and she would not answer me. She just looked at me and stared, I talk to the front desk about that and I guess it’s happened more than once, and when I was checking out, there is two other people that were very dis-appointed about the motel

The hotel was very clean and easy to get to and the staff were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was one of the best I've eaten.

The room was very clean and almost looked new. The front desk manager on staff when we arrived was amazing! I should have gotten her name. She worked until 11:00 that night. My husband twisted his knee and she made him an ice pack, and also fixed our TV.

Great staff, comfortable room and good location just off interstate 90. Only negative was lack of gluten free food for breakfast for my wife.
