This place is neither quality or an inn. Id say its a budget motel, but its ridiculously overpriced for a dirty roadside motel full of transient construction workers. Not much in the area but not worth your money

They had a small restaurant for breakfast, pancakes, eggs cooked to order, bacon, ham, sausage, wait staff. More enjoyable than the scrambled eggs sausage patty, biscuit,make your own waffle and cereal thT EVRYOTHER HOTEL/MOTEL OFFERS.. The room were clean, the bathroom was clean, and looked like it was remodeled. Sadly the pool was closed for the season. The staff was accommodating.

The first room they gave us was not cleaned yet... so they moved us to a room where the door was open when we got there. As it turns out, the hotel door was extremely hard to open and close during our stay. We literally had to shove it open from the outside and yank super hard to open from the inside. The staff itself was very good. The desk associate with blue hair was super friendly!

Staff was Super Nice...Rooms are fine

Pros: The staff was very professional and friendly. The pool was super clean!
Location: Close to the Luray Caverns, Bell Tower, Cooter's (6 miles away). We also went to the Route 11 chip factory (11 miles away).
From the front desk to the waitress at Alexander's the staff at this Best Western and very charming and professional. We stayed over-night and used the pool which was clean (3ft - 5ft) and it also had a handicap lift. I think that's really cool to have for such a small place and I don't believe that's in the hotel description. The decor is dated but everything was fresh smelling, bright white pillows/towels and the carpet is clean with no stains. We stayed in Room 220 which was very convenient to our vehicle but on the 2nd floor. Seniors should request a 1st floor unit as there are about 20 steps to climb to the 2nd level. Finally the restaurant and amazing service and food for breakfast. For less than $100 per night this is a nice, friendly and clean place to stay close to the Luray Caverns. We would stay there again!
