Ich kann diese schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen! Das Hotel macht einen Top Eindruck! Alles ist sauber! Zimmer super! Es gibt wegen Personalmangel (absolut nachvollziehbar heutzutage) keine eigene Küche. Dementsprechend kommt ein Caterer mit einem Buffet vorbei, wofür man sich vorher anmelden kann. Das Buffet war mega!! Preis und Qualität waren unschlagbar gut! Für die Qualität fast schon zu günstig! Wir kommen wieder! Gut gemacht liebes Waldhotel Berghof!

Fleckige Wände, nach Zimmerwechsel, Dusche im Zimmer. Richtig sauber war es auch nicht. Bis 18uhr Restaurant geschlossen, dann ganze 8 Gerichte. Absolut enttäuschend, zumal es im Ort keine Alternativen gibt. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Das Badezimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Fön, Duschkopf und Handtuchhalter gehören ausgetauscht. Zum Frühstück gibt es zwar sehr viel Auswahl. Allerdings könnte die Kühlung des Buffet besser sein. Der Pool hat uns hingegen sehr gefallen auch die langen Öffnungszeiten.

Personal war durchweg super, freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. der billige Duschkopf und die z. T. schwarzen Fugen trüben das Zimmererlebnis etwas jedoch ist der Spa-Bereich sehr schön was die Kleinigkeiten gut überspielt. Alles in Allem hatten wir ein wunderschönes entspanntes Wochenende, Danke dafür.
