The apartment is located in the heart of Luino's historic center, in an 18th-century courtyard on the top floor. The space is completely new and high-quality, elegantly furnished in every detail. It measures about 85/90 square meters. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a 180x200 cm mattress, an extra-large sofa bed, a single sofa bed, another bathroom, and a spacious kitchen. Free high-speed fiber Wi-Fi and monitors are provided, as well as independent heating.



From the apartment, you can easily reach bars, restaurants, shops, the ferry terminal, train, and bus stations.
