The old town center, which is about 9 minutes away from here, has a number of Renaissance and Baroque churches, arcades squares and other monuments worth exploring. Lugano is also known for its lakeside parks and the views of Monte Brè and Monte San Salvatore. Since the town is a well-developed tourist center, it is full of shopping destinations offering both local and international brands. There are a number of restaurants, take-away, shops, supermarkets, a pharmacy within 500 meters of the house. A golf course and a tennis club are about 3 kilometers and 2 kilometers from the apartment respectively. The nearest train station is about 4 minutes’ drive from here. The nearest International Airport is about an hour\'s drive.

Wir waren mit einer 4 köpfigen Familie vor Ort, und fanden die Wohnung schön.Es gab allerdings einige Mängel, die wir direkt gemeldet haben, bspw. Ameisen in der Wohnung, zu wenige Gläser, unbrauchbarer Toaster, da Stecker nicht passte , verschimmelter Duschvorhang. Diese Mängel wurden nach mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme mit happy rentals beseitigt.Worauf allerdings überhaupt nicht eingegangen wurde, waren die dreckigen Matratzen. Eklig und für den bezahlten Preis absolut inakzeptabel! Es wird 133 für die Endreinigung aufgerufen und da kann man verlangen, dass Haare, Fusseln und was sonst noch so alles auf diesen Matratzen zu finden war, wenigstens abgesaugt werden!!!Die Lage war supoptimal für uns, da der Weg bis zur Promenade und in die Stadt doch etwas länger dauerte.Alles in allem war es OK wenn man über einige Dinge hinweg sieht, aber wir würden dort nicht mehr hin wollen.
