Located in the district of Viganello, just a few steps from the historic center of Lugano, the City Escape is the perfect place for a relaxing stay.



The flat is situated on the ground floor of a quiet residential complex, where the peace of nature blends harmoniously with the vitality of the city. This property features a cozy living room with a comfortable leather sofa, a cabinet equipped with a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4 people. From here, a French door leads to the large furnished balcony overlooking the communal green areas, ideal for enjoying a meal outdoors or simply relaxing.

The kitchen, separate from the living room, is fully equipped and includes a practical counter with two stools, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

The flat has two double bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bathroom, available to all guests, has a shower and modern furnishings.



Completing this splendid property is the communal swimming pool, set in a lush garden and at the complete disposal of guests during the warmer months.



A set of towels is included with the stay for each person, along with sheets, blankets and a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessities for breakfast.

Monte Brè, easily reachable by funicular a few steps away from the flat, offers wonderful views of Lake Lugano and the Alps and various itineraries in nature. Also within easy reach is the wonderful Parco Ciani, one of Lugano\'s most beautiful parks, which houses the modern Palazzo dei Congressi.

In only 10-15 minutes by car or by public transport you can reach the historic center of Lugano, a lively landmark for culture and entertainment. In the city center is the renowned Piazza della Riforma, animated by open-air cafés and fine restaurants, perfect for soaking up the city atmosphere. For shoppers, Via Nassa is the ideal place, with its luxury boutiques, jewellers and exclusive handicraft shops.

The center is also home to important museums, such as the Museo d\'Arte della Svizzera Italiana (MASI) and the LAC (Lugano Arte e Cultura), a modern cultural hub dedicated to theater performances, concerts and art exhibitions that offers a rich programme of events all year round.

By car: from the A2 motorway take the ‘Lugano Nord’ exit and set your GPS; you will reach the flat in about 10 minutes.

By train: from the Lugano station, take bus no. 6 towards ‘Cornaredo’ and get off at the ‘Campus Universitario’ stop (4 stops, approx. 6 minutes); here, get on bus no. 5 towards ‘Viganello, S. Siro’ and get off at the ‘Viganello, Villa Costanza’ stop (3 stops, approx. 3 minutes). In about 1 minute on foot you will reach the facility.
