Kettle Brook 2 BR & 2 BA ski in/out condo on Okemo Mountain

Kettle Brook is scenic ski in/out complex between the Bull Run and Kettle Brook trails on Okemo Mountain. Direct ski access to Okemo Clock Tower Base Area with South Ridge Lodge and A/B Quad lifts via beginner level trail which is perfect for families of all skill levels. You can also walk across Bull Run trail for access straight to Sunburst Six lift which goes to the top of the mountain. Likewise walk across to Waffle Cabin and Sugar House Lodge. Tom's Loft Tavern is a 1/2 mile down the road and Ludlow center is 1.5 miles away with a variety of great restaurants, ski & snowboard shops and supermarket in case you decide to dine in.

Our unit is an upper level 1312 sq. ft. 2 BR / 2 BA condo with beautiful sunrise views off the balcony, a spacious living / dining area with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace and dining table that seats eight. The main floor bedroom has a queen and bunk bed while the upper level master loft has queen with master bath. There is an extra twin bed set up in the master bedroom and there is space to still set up a pack and play. (Not provided)

Rich was amazing with communication. He was very accommodating. The unit is very convenient - great location. Walk right across the driveway to the trail. Nice to have two floors for separation of the master with rest of the unit. The unit could use updating but everything worked well and was quite comfortable! Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Stay

Rich’s condo is very nice, clean and comfortable and just a short walk to the slope. Everything was easily accessible from the 2-level condo and Rich was very responsive and flexible. The small entrance room between the front door and the entrance door into the condo is a nice touch, you can change out of your ski boots without bringing them into the condo. Will definitely stay there again!

Rich’s condo is very nice, a clean, and a comfortable place just a short walk to the slope. I have to say Rich was one of the best owners to coordinate with, above and beyond considerate as we had some issues traveling during a nor’easter at the start of our trip.

We had a great stay. The condo is exactly as shown except the bathrooms are remodeled and even better. True ski in/ski out. Plenty of space. We stayed with my family of 5 plus Grandma/Grandpa!
