Newly remodeled Farmhouse, six miles from downtown Ludington

This hundred year old Farmhouse is on a large private lot, but only ten minutes to downtown Ludington.
This home has been meticulously rebuilt with all the modern amenities, while retaining its country charm.
The farmhouse has a big beautiful kitchen with updated appliances and a large island with seating for six. It is well outfitted for the chef in your family.
The spacious living area is open to the kitchen and boasts a fifty five inch TV, cable and high speed internet, comfortable seating and a cozy coffee or wine bar.
A bonus room has additional seating and a sofa sleeper.
Two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom includes a queen along with a twin and trundle. The other bedroom has a queen bed.
There is also room for a pack and play or an inflatable mattress which there are two provided.
The farmhouse has two full bathrooms with showers.
A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
A large deck, plenty of parking, and a very private setting make this a comfortable spot to relax and entertain.
A fire pit is available for cozy campfires after a day at the beach.
Ludington has much to offer vacationers and this home is convenient to all of them.

Ludington State Park has trails for hiking, a historic lighthouse, river for tubing, fishing, swimming at Hamlin Lake as well as Lake Michigan. Sterns Beach is within ten minutes of the Farmhouse and is FREE.
Downtown Ludington has an abundance of interesting shops and many excellent restaurants.
The port of Ludington is home to the historic SS Badger. Watching her arrivals and departures from Waterfront Park is fun for everyone.
Waterfront Park has a playground, a sculpture park and also host great free summer concerts.
House of Flavors is a tradition in Ludington, offering delicious ice cream and affordable family dining.
There are several breweries in downtown Ludington with craft beers and excellent dining.
Charter fishing is available, and Ludington is home to several marinas, and boat launches.

Farm House
Great quiet location with many amenities to choose from. The house was absolutely clean and beautiful. Our group played in a Pickleball tournament and it was perfect for our needs! They had coffee and breakfast rolls to start each of our days. We sure didn’t expect that! Plenty of bedding and super clean towels, etc. We will definitely stay there again!
