Wonderful private villa for 12 people with WIFI, private pool, A/C and TV, close to Lucca

Conveniently located 2 km (2 mi) from San Concordio Di Moriano, Italy in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings" and only 8 km (5 mi) from Lucca. Casa Rosa is a lovely stone building (350 sq m) with air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably in six bedrooms with six bathrooms.

The Experience
Casa Rosa is situated on the same estate as Villa Clara, a villa we have been succesfully renting for years, and used to be one of the farmers’ houses. The garden and swimming pool have been positioned on the opposite side of Villa Clara to assure total privacy. One of the rooms has facilities for disabled guests. There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.
When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished garden where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
