Villa del Papa is a gorgeous property perfectly located between Lucca and Pisa. The small village is charming and there are conveniences within easy walking distance. We had perfect weather for the pool... even in May!! You will enjoy your time at Villa del Papa!

De accomodatie was heel netjes en goed onderhouden. Heel fijn ontvangst bij aankomst. Mochten ook al eerder in onze kamer. Heel rustig gelegen en goede reisafstand tussen Pisa en Lucca. Er is een goede bakkerij vlakbij om te ontbijten en we hebben heerlijk gegeten ‘‘s avonds bij het restaurant La Quercia in het dorp. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen.

A Little Piece of Heaven

My husband and I stayed at Villa del Papa for 14 days for our 25th wedding anniversary a few weeks ago. It was absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable! Daniella and Gianni were so very sweet and worked so hard to make our stay lovely. The room was perfect, the grounds were gorgeous, and the surrounding village is great! We had a hard time leaving! Can't wait to go back someday.

A Tuscan Gem

What a gem, tucked in the Tuscan hills and located a short drive to Lucca, Pisa, Livorno and Montecarlo. Giovanni and Daniella were the ultimate hosts. Their property is charming and very private. They spend a lot of time maintaining the landscape while the pool invites you to enjoy some R&R with a glass of vino in hand. Our room was well appointed, clean and quiet. It was our own private little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the big tourists cities. I hate recommending this place for fear it won’t have a room for me the next time we visit Tuscany.
