stayed in studio room was a bit outdated visible mold on walls and around window joinery windows hard to close and open probably just old, visible patch jobs on wallpaper to keep it sticking to wall, shower head was cracked so water sprayed out onto toilet as well as body, shower curtain also a bit moldy and did not cover shower area well enough so bathroom was pretty soaked after a shower. Room also never serviced for new towels or taking rubbish away. TV and Wi-Fi also very slow and buffered, check in and check out were easy. Price was pretty good for area and what you get.

No one in reception - had to phone to get the key and wait while they located someone to deliver it. Booked for two people and there was only one towel - the staff member looked surprised when we asked for a second one. Looked for a power point to plug in the bedside lamp but there was none (did find a dirty sock from a previous occupant). The bed was comfortable but staff service was non existent.

We have stayed at this PPTY for over 20 yrs. Always enjoyed it, but it is getting very tired. Just needs a bit of tidying. Curtains are reasonably new but not hung properly. Not enough crockery or towels for the amount of occupants in room. However, l would stay again as the rooms are spacious and the price is rght.

Step back in time!

Apartment was a bit tired and dated. Not well equipped, had a kitchen but no forks, had to ask for them. Very limited pans. No washing up liquid, tea towels and to cap it all no can opener. Upon opening the fridge there were pieces missing so were unable to store anything in the door. Would have rather booked a place with no advertised kitchen, so I knew I would have to eat out.

The room was okay. The shower was really low on the wall, so doesn’t help if you are tall like me. There was no fan in the bathroom so everything fogged up. The toilet cistern was dripping all night. TV reception was pixelated on all channels. The heater had a broken stand.

Pros - Quite spacious. The only one around that would sleep a famiy of 5 in one unit (that didnt rely on a foldout). Also one of the best around for price Con - a bit run down and you pay for what you get

The room was old and run down. The curtains were falling off the railings. The entire room wasn’t a great place to stay, I will never return and if I could have left immediately upon entering the room I would have done so. NOT value for money at all!

The property seemed nearly empty, yet we were given a room in a cold dark corner, next to the skip. The condensation was impressive. There was not enough cutlery for the number of people the room catered for. As at 6 am, the looked door popped open of its own accord! Unsafe. Stay somewhere else.
