Welcome to the hip Clifton neighborhood! Our well-appointed home is ideal for friends, family & business travelers. A short walk to some fun neighborhood eateries and bars, and less than a mile to the popular Frankfort Ave., filled with great restaurants, coffee shops, bars and boutiques. This GREAT location is only a 15 minute drive to the EXPO Center, Churchill Downs and the airport, 10 minutes to downtown, and central to exploring the KY Bourbon Trail. It's a 5,084 square foot lot. It's been a top rated rental since 2019 with a 4.93 guest rating. Due to new ownership, the house is now listed as new. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths including a first-floor primary suite, an updated kitchen with new appliances, refinished hardwood floors, and new LVP in the bedrooms. The location of this property is perfect. Within 10 to 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do during our stay. The area was quiet, and parking was available both on street and behind the property, although later in the evening you might end up parked a bit down the street.The interior was nicely furnished, but could use an extra end table by the couch with lamps versus using the overheads. We enjoyed the shuffle board and had a several competitive evenings playing. The 3 bedrooms (1 loft area) fit our family of 4 perfectly with the kids upstairs and the parents down. The only downside is that the second bathroom is downstairs and small, but for a home built in 1907, there are 2 full bathrooms!Kitchen was well stocked with newer appliances which we used for breakfasts and one night of left over pizza.Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Louisville.

The owner was extremely responsive to all of our communication. There are three beds as described. One of the bathrooms is in the downstairs bedroom and the other bathroom is the size of a closet. It is also on the first floor down some very steep stairs. One of the “bedrooms” is just a loft that you have to walk through to get to the other bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with all of our needs. There were some minor annoyances when we arrived, however the owner took care of all of our concerns instantly.
