This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.



Step into Justify, the Basement Maiden Suite that celebrates Louisville's iconic history. Named for the 2018 Triple Crown winner, the horse that ended a 37-year drought to claim racing's most legendary prize, this suite is championship energy from the door in. The palette of Garden Gate green and Violet plays against a striking copper feature wall that nods to the Louisville Slugger bats made just down the river, bats wielded by Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, and Derek Jeter. Original artwork honors baseball legends, the legacy of the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, and the championship moments that put both the city and the sport on the map. Four bedrooms, six beds, two full baths, a full kitchen, and a living room, for groups of 12 who want their suite to feel like a hall of fame.

5. The Provisions Hall.

6. The entire exterior of the property.



The ONLY place there are no cameras is inside the private suites. These shared spaces are not extensions of any private suite and carry no expectation of privacy at anytime. They function as communal/public spaces. All cameras are disclosed in compliance with OTA policy.

This urban courtyard has an industrial vibe, perfect for cocktail hours, casual gatherings, bourbon tastings, lawn games, and group photos under the Louisville sky.

Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.
