Thoughtfully appointed with 3 separate guest rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Outdoor Courtyard is a shared space with other units in the building, but offers ample entertainment options like a putting green, grill, and sitting area!

Outstanding space thoughtfully renovated and perfect for your stay! Beautiful exposed brick and historic vibes in an incredible location! Take in some shuffleboard and gather with your group before a day on the town!

Great place to stay

Came for a weekend golf outing. Close to restaurants and easy to get downtown for some bourbon tasting. Love the unit with all its character.

Nicely remodeled upstairs apartment.

We had a great stay overall! The place is really cute, clean, and in a great location. It’s cozy and has a lot of charm, which made it a lovely home base during our trip.A few suggestions that would make the stay even better: it would be great to have some basic amenities like wash cloths, a hair dryer, and a microwave. We also wish we had wine glasses and a wine opener. Adding a mirror in the bedrooms and some hooks in both the bedroom and bathroom would be really helpful for convenience. The shuffleboard table did not have any powder so we could not use it unfortunately. The ice maker did not make ice. Overall the stay was nice, but having these extra amenities would certainly make it an even better stay.

Diamond in the rough

The apartment was attractive and well located. Had the weather been better we could have walked to great bars/restaurants. We had no difficulty finding convenient parking. Overall it was clean but there were some obvious misses by the cleaning crew such as popcorn on the bedroom carpet and food in the kitchen sink drain. The kitchen only has plates for 4 although the unit sleeps six but there was ample glassware. There is no microwave which would have been great to reheat leftovers from some of the terrific restaurants in Louisville (and we found plenty of those). There are some easy opportunities to upgrade the unit such as towel bars in the bathrooms, a microwave, and adding a place to hang coats/clothes. There were no hair dryers as listed and unfortunately the owner did not respond to my inquiry regarding such. Overall our stay was decent but fell short of being great.
