Couldn’t ask for better!

Excellent experience, highly recommended for anyone looking in the area. The property manager has been extremely helpful with all of our questions. House was absolutely beautiful and clean, met all of our needs and wants. 5 out of 5 experience, we will be booking with Kareem again!

Good location to Louisville. Cleaning & Maintenance needed

Good location. But many annoying little things. Just a few (there were more): Carpeting badly stained. Not all TVs worked. No liners in showers. Linens didn’t fit or were non-exist on some of the beds, Stated “Sleeps eight” and it does. But, there were not enough towels or flat wear for eight people. Host was attentive when I brought this to his attention. However, my expectation is that these were addressed before I arrived

Worked for us

Overall, very happy with our stay. We needed somewhere for the PGA Championship and it was certainly close enough to downtown Louisville for us. The neighborhood was nice and food/other necessities are close by. The home worked for our group of friends, but I do wish for a little more from the home. It felt like a home that was flipped, which isn’t a bad thing, but there are some things that could’ve been improved. For example, the windows used to have curtains and now they only have blinds. That’s fine but the places where the curtain holders were located are still in the wall. So, things like that just stand out while you’re there. Another example is that the main bedroom is great but the floor around the main bathroom toilet was clearly discolored. Also, it would not flush, due to the tank not filling correctly, on Saturday but it randomly worked Sunday. Those are just some things that we noticed but overall, thank you to Kareem for hosting us and if we’re back in the area we would consider staying here again.

Quiet neighborhood, 30 min from Louisville

Nice, quiet house with tons of room. Only suggestion would be for more seating in the living room, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
