The sheets were dirty on one of the neds and they refuse to give us new sheets theu sat in the hall past 9pm I had to go to the desk the follow morning to get the sheets for the bed. Then the people who did the breakfast was Extremely rude to my daughter and that was not called for. There are holes in the walls in the bathroom and in the room above one of the beds and the tv didnt work. which was explained when we first got there but i had two children w me

I was unhappy that they staff tried to but us in a room that was not cleaned and ready for our arrival. Tried to call the front desk, the phone did not even work. It worked for the night but will not stay at this property again.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went to check into the hotel on Friday at 3:30 PM. There was nobody at the front desk. Stood there and rang the bell for 10-15 minutes. Finally woman came up and told me that she hadn’t heard me because she was vacuuming. Then she says they don’t have a room for me. She said that the entire second floor of the hotel had flooded. I needed 2 beds and she tried to put me in a one bed on the first floor. I told her that I needed 2 beds so could she just give me 2 rooms. She said she couldn't do that. She called her manager who said to go ahead and put me on the second floor! She tried looking to see which rooms were available and started having computer issues. The whole time she’s complaining about her job and how stressed out she is. I had an appointment that I had to get to, so she told me to come back when her manager was there at 8PM. I went back and explained the situation to the manager. She had an attitude with me when I told her I didn’t want a room on the 2nd floor after it was flooded. She said very rudely, “Do you want to go up and SMELL it?!” They wouldn’t give me 2 one bedroom rooms, even though there were plenty available. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER!

Best service I've ever experienced!

My family enjoyed our single night stay tremendously, almost exclusively thanks to the wonderfully kind and helpful staff member on shift last night. She went above and beyond, truly. We had requested a roll away bed, and there's no elevator at this particular location, and no double rooms on the first floor. She was a very petite lady, and was going to carry the roll away bed up the stairs alone! Just for us! I insisted on helping, because i couldnt bare to watch her struggle it up the stairs alone, and with a little help it was quite easy for 2. She also ensured a smooth process when i requested a very late check out. She was absolutely top tier and made the whole ordeal of coming in at near 2am from way out of town with 3 kids so much easier and more comfortable. I'd stay here again and again, if only for the clean rooms and above and beyond customer care.

No telephone in rooms. Stopper removed in tub, so no bath available , showers only. I had to pass through 3 doors, my room door was the only secure door. Dropped something under the bed, it was very dirty under there. The room not cleaned daily, i had to go to front desk for new towels.
