The start was unprofessional - we had to wait for 40 minutes at the reception as the VRBO team had not sent me the necessary email with details of the property and the Silversands people were clueless about our arrival. I had to call the booking team and wait for 40 minutes before we got the details of the property. The caravan was very nice / clean and spacious- (All points to it) however the TV was not working and there was no wifi connection. (single bar which never connected) I had planned my wife's special birthday along with her parents and our child and we were banking on TV and net connectivity to relax and enjoy our stay. But we were not able to enjoy these facilities. The agent who was in touch was not of much help and we had to check out a day prior and stay at another place. (Additional expenses for no fault of ours) Very disappointed with this poor service. Another point which was not told to us was that since we had booked via VRBO- we were supposed to pay for the community facility access beyond 6 pm. The Silversands guests can use everything free of cost at anytime. This was a first time for us and we are not planning to book via 3rd party in future. Such details should be mentioned on the booking form (BEFORE you ask someone to pay)
