Holiday stay

This hotel was fantastic! The staff were super helpful and friendly, and they even made sure our furry friend was welcome. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it. The only downside was the parking fee, which was a bit steep, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Thanks 😊

The only negative was that when we checked in weren't told of Ticino pass which gives free public transport. Found out by accident next day when dealing with a different person at reception.

The towels are in a very bad conditions, old and with holes. Unacceptable for Marriot level. The room was dirty. The ambience also was very noisy.

Location of the hotel was perfect for walking to Ascona and Locarno. Acceptable parking fee thru hotel. Hotel was clean and bright. Breakfast was good and have different variety. Pet friendly. Staff were nice and accomodating.

Struttura nuova e pulitissima. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona, senza servizio al tavolo ma c'era tutto. Punti negativi: poca insonorizzazione sia interna che esterna, si sentiva tutto dalla strada, la nostra stanza era esattamente sopra il bar davanti al Migros. La pulizia delle camere avviene tardi nella mattinata e si protrae fino alla metà del pomeriggio. Siamo tornati alle 14 e la nostra stanza non era ancora stata rifatta. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezzora nella hall. Diciamo che da un Hilton mi aspetterei un servizio migliore.

Praktisch eingerichtetes Hotel, ohne Schnörkel

Das Hampton scheint neu zu sein, verfügt über allen Komfort, den man in dieser Preisklasse erwarten darf. WLAN nervt etwas, weil wir uns mehmals pro Tag wieder einwählen mussten. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, aber etwas lieblos serviert (teilweise kalt, Rühreier trocken). Das Hotel ist von der Gestaltung her praktisch eingerichtet, aber etwas lieblos und verfügt über keinerlei Charme, so, wie es die Bilder auch zeigen.

Prachtig hotel met prachtige en schone kamers. Het hotel is erg schoon. Onze kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was zelfs een strijkijzer. Dat was er handig. Verder heb je je incheckpasje voor allerlei toepassingen nodig, waaronder zelfs het bedienen van de lift. Dat was minder praktisch. Bij het inchecken werd voorts gemeld dat ik € 15,- moest betalen om van het parkeerterrein gebruik te maken. Tegen betaling zou mijn kenteken worden doorgegeven en zou de slagboom automatisch opengaan. Ik heb mijn auto op een gratis parkeerplaats aan de andere kant van de weg geparkeerd en die € 15,- in mijn zak gehouden. Overigens stond de slagboom onafgebroken open, ook snachts. Het parkeerterrein werd ook door anderen gebruikt. Aan dit 'trucje' hield ik een naar gevoel over. Voor de rest een goed verblijf gehad. Ontbijt was van hoge kwaliteit. Alles was vers. Het smaakte goed.

gut für kurzen Zwischenhalt.gute ANBINDUNG an BUS. MORGENESSEN nicht 4 **** mässig. Nicht die Menge machts.:-/ scranble egg schon um7.30 eingetrocknet...lauwarmes gedämpftes Gemüse .Kartoffeln Speck.....keine Gurken Tomaten...frisches Obst..alles ais Dosen auch Beeren...keine natürlichen Ceralien..nur cranch mit zucker. Keine echten frischen Säfte auch nur tetrabrick....schlechester Kaffee seit langem. ..zopf aufgebacken...keine Käse auswahl 2 sorten scheibkäse zum backen (geht für Schweizer gar nicht) billigster Kochschinken .. kein Rohschinken kein Salami...Motzadella etc...Tessino like alles in allem billigstes Food .........das Ambiente Selbstbedienungs Migrosrestraurant mässig........oder Ibis style..alles genügend ....aber dann bitte nicht mit **** prahlen.

tolle Lage und Ausgangspunkt für alles. Nähe: Locarno, Ascona, Maggiatal. Bus vor dem Haus. Es ist ein sehr grosses Hotel aber total ruhig. sehr feiner Frühstück
