This private guest suite (attached behind the main house) is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. With your own free designated parking space on the driveway and guided walkway leading to its private main entrance, guests will feel at peace having their own secluded, retreat home to enjoy. Consisting of 1 large bedroom (with walk-in closet and a dedicated work space), its own kitchenette, and private bathroom, this newly remodeled and enhanced guest suite is designed to provide the highest quality and comfort experience!

This suite is completely cleaned and properly sanitized by professional housekeeping services in between each guest booking for maximum peace of mind.

Guest access:
During your stay with us, you'll have full access to the following spaces:

NOTE: No persons permitted within the home beyond the actual guests without written consent. No smoking permitted. Any undisclosed pets or evidence of smoking on premises will result in a $500 fine. No events or parties or excessive noise allowed on the property. Any parties or special events hosted will be accompanied with a $3,000 fine. No commercial use, filming, photography, or any non-standard use of the property without prior written authorization (including footage used by social media influencers) Additional fees may apply. No additional sleeping guests allowed beyond those agreed upon at the time of booking. Guests must respectfully abide by all the check-in/check-out rules, and communicate with us promptly if any questions arise. All we ask is honesty and mutual respect of the house rules to provide all our guests with the best customer satisfaction possible. Failure to comply with any of the above mentioned house policies will result in a penalty fee and a request to leave with no refund.

Indemnity Clause: By booking this reservation, guests herby agrees to Indemnify and hold property owners (hosts) harmless from any and all liability for personal injury or property damages including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to guest’s use of Property or the items of personal property provided therein. Guests assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities including use of the private hot tub on the Property and will hold Property Owner (hosts) harmless with respect thereto.
