The apartment was uninhabitable, unhealthy and unsafe. The rug was filthy dirty and the bathroom was full of mold in the tub, on the walls and in the air vents. There was a huge bubble in the bathroom ceiling from water damage and the paint on the walls was rippling down. We contacted the host Taylor Parker was no help so we called vrbo and they opened a ticket on Dec 22. Called and emailed them still no response since then. Needless to say we moved out the next day and got a hotel. I asked vrbo customer service if they could find us something else and they said no. This was supposed to be a family Christmas vacation and it turned into a nightmare. This apartment should be reported to the health department and condemned. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with vrbo, the host and the customer service I received.

I give this hose a ZERO if I could. I booked this stay weeks before my trip. I’m from Arizona and came to Los Angeles to celebrate my birthday weekend. I let the host know who was staying there, let them know it was my first time using this platform to stay somewhere. The day we arrived.. 2 hours before check in as we’re driving through Los Angeles to get to the property they CANCELLED our reservation. There was no courtesy call, no courtesy text, no one thought to contact me to let me know. The host DELIBERATELY avoided my call, I called to see if they could host us at another property as they left us stranded with all other properties sold out. This being the first time coming to this city and using this platform for the first time, this was the worst experience I have ever had. Would not go with this host ever!!
