Property is great from afar but not up close. I believed this would be a guest house to a main home, but it appeared the home was broken up into numerous other independent/rented living spaces. There were many cars/people coming and going. It was not very private and almost felt like a trap house. My children saw a man in like white Hanes underwear sitting by the pool and we often encountered others on the “guest entrance.” While the view was decent (most views from Hills homes are), a fairly large tree obstructed a good portion of it. There are like 3 flights of stairs to get down to the unit, which should probably be disclosed ahead of time for those traveling with lots of luggage. Pool use is allowed only until 8 pm, which is too early. It is unfortunate we didn’t get to use the pool, especially because that is one of the main reasons we booked this unit, but we wanted to respect the rules.Finally, there was tons of broken tile in the bathroom, lots of dirt/dust/mold, and shoddy repair work throughout the unit. The shower was so gross none of us wanted to and did not bathe in it. There were no towel holders, which made drying hands, face, etc inconvenient. The listing stated there was a refrigerator but there was only a wine fridge.At any given time there were about 6-9 other cars at the property. There were also a lot of planters/yard/construction materials around that just made it not very pleasant. Not worth the . Very disappointing.
