Was satisfied by the hotel, so clean and small good the room! I gave 4stars because the area unsafe and many homeless people in the area and the homeless asking many things to pedestrians and I saw they’re had buying a drug in the streets exactly in the front hotel.

The property itself is very secure. It definitely gives a step type of vibe. The drinks and food were delicious. The rooms were very clean. It was such an amazing experience. The only dilemma would be the parking, but even then, the parking garage wasn’t too far from the hotel. Will definitely be coming back!!

Peppery is nice, updated, and very walkable to popular areas. The check in process was a nightmare. No one working a front desk so you have to verify through the site to be given an access key to room. I booked room for my husbands trip and it was a hastily trying to get info from my email to him even though room was booked in his name.

Great stay for conference.

Sonder is always fantastic, the room was clean, spacious and with everything I needed. Coffee machine worked well, desk staff are very friendly, I was very comfortable staying.

This was my second time staying at the Sonder. The accommodation is pretty basic and we only stayed one night. I like the neighborhood because it's walking distance to a lot of dining options, including my favorite place, The Ordinarie. The Sonder is always clean, with a nice outdoor area. It's a great launchpad for all of our Long Beach adventures. I'd come back and recommend it to anyone.

Let’s just start with the drive in, passing the boarded up windows and homeless yelling in the streets. Hope your door code works to the lobby because it most likely will not. Once you’re in the lobby the staff will have countless meetings that they can’t bother stopping to allow you to speak with the person at the front desk. Our door for our room code did not work and we had to be let into it for the first 2 days of our stay. Our room shared a wall with the cleaning closet and faced the street with paper thin walls. Hope you like car horns and engines revving all night long. The room itself was fine. The “suggested” parking is 3 blocks away also through a homeless wasteland. Hopefully you don’t run into the woman screaming at 7 am. The parking garage printer did not work so we had to phone the attendant to get to our car each time, which was another adventure. We ended up finding other parking further down the road to be able to access our vehicle. Do not stay here, do not walk around here, do not visit Long Beach.

Place was very nice boutique concept. I was not aware of the room cleaning fee as well as the need to schedule 48hrs in advance. But clean towels were available for self serve. Location suited my needs very well for a work/fun trip with my teen daughter.. We’re from Philly, so it was refreshing to find the multitude of un-housed to be much less aggressive in Long Beach. Must be the beautiful sunsets..🌅

The property is clean and safe, with very nice staff. I would definitely come again. The only issue is that the neighborhood doesn’t look very safe, and there is no on-site parking. I parked in a public lot about a 4-minute walk away. Otherwise, the inside is absolutely wonderful — a great place to stay.
