Guests enjoy full private access to the residence throughout their stay, along with access to the community's shared pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, game room, and courtyard areas.

The building provides a secure residential environment for a comfortable stay.

Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in at 1:30 PM and late check-out at 2:00 PM may be available for an additional $100 fee each, subject to availability and final operational approval. Please request these services in advance. If operational circumstances prevent the service from being provided, the associated fee will be fully refunded.

Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $99 fee applies per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay.

Package deliveries: Package deliveries are not permitted at the property. The property team cannot receive, store, or replace guest deliveries.

Professional cleaning: The residence is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay.

Shared amenities: Pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, game room, courtyard, and other shared facilities are managed by the building/property management. Availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, repairs, building policies, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide updates and assistance whenever possible, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
