The main house has a living room, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, and a sofa bed in the second living room. The other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are upstairs, including the master bedroom.

Please note that the 5th bedroom is a private suite located on the side of the property. It has its own separate entrance and is not connected to the main indoor living space. Guests will need to enter this suite through the exterior side entrance.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors , including cigarettes and marijuana.
2. Open flames are not allowed inside the house. Please do not light candles, incense, or use any flammable items.
3. Please clean and return all kitchenware after use. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
4. For your safety and security, always lock all doors and windows when you are inside the home or leaving.
5. Any unregistered guests or visitors must be disclosed and approved in advance.
6. This home is located in a quiet community. Any parties or events must be approved by our team in advance. Additional fees may apply based on the type of event and number of guests. Unauthorized events will be terminated immediately. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Violations may result in a $500–$1,000 fine.
7. If the number of trash bags exceeds 10, an additional fee of $20 per extra bag will be charged.
