A little disapointing
This is a nice building, and the lounge and outdoor pools are really nice. The communication with the hosts was good, however they did give us a new address on the day of check-in that was different than the address on the confirmation, which caused some confusion when I had already given the old address to my friends traveling in to meet us. The unit itself needs some improvement. The beds are not as listed. One bedroom has 2 beds, the others have 1 bed with rollaway cots in the closets - which is very different from what the listing describes. There is not room in the bedrooms to use the cots, so we had to roll them into the living room to sleep - not ideal. There were some small roaches and bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen. There were only a few towels and I had to find others still in the dryer to get enough. There was no soap in the bathrooms (only hand soap at the sink), and the kitchen had bare minimum items. Also note, the neighborhood is a little rough, with a large homeless gathering spot at the end of one of the blocks at the CVS and drug attics often wondering about the block. Also note, this didn't bother me but might bother others: they ask that you DO NOT let the building know you are staying in an Abnb, but to say you are friends of the unit owner, which clearly isn't true for guests that book this unit.
