Nestled in the golden cul-de-sac of South Lorne, Seaview House is the destination for those seeking a private, luxurious and a somewhat grand holiday experience. With an abundance of space, family and friends can come together or find time apart with ease. The short stroll to the beach, shops or restaurants is a choice made from a place that you may not want to leave. Not a bad predicament considering the amazing offerings of Victoria’s premier seaside tourist destination.
North facing across the sparkling waters of Louttit Bay Seaview House is as inviting as it is prestigious. Set across four levels the home centres itself around the lounge and dining on the mid-level. Framing amazing treetop views, Bi folding windows bring both the lounge and dining areas out to the spacious deck with an impressive built in bbq. The rear courtyard, complete with cascading water feature will have you questioning where to best draw your pure relaxation from.
From the open plan mid-level its upstairs for rest or downstairs for fun. Moving up, three of five bedrooms expand to the rear overlooking the grassed backyard and sharing an oversized main bathroom and powder room. Continuing further upstairs finds a further two bedrooms, both with upper deck access and equally amazing outlooks. Whist not easily outdone, the real champion up here is the master bedroom. Super spacious and boasting an impressive double en suite. For those looking to fully indulge and settle in, the bedroom flanking the master can easily be occupied as a private study.
Heading downstair is where the real fun begins. Double lock up garage for storing the outside toys, and a cracking rumpus room for the inside ones. Complete with big screen TV, l shaped lounge, table tennis, games and more, this space will be a hit with the kids.
