Staff were helpful and called us a taxi when requested. Property is old and run down but conveniently located across the street from Holy House of Loreto. No dining options other than breakfast for €5pp. Air conditioning is an extra €10/night. The room was small and the shower was the size of a box. There is an elevator/lift available although it is small.

Ok

Old hotel very close to the Basilica. Very outdated. AC did not work very good, it was a hot day and it was not even summer yet. We booked because of offering of parking but even confirming prior to arrival there was none. Also was advise to call prior arrival to inform restaurant of arrival and even though I call there was no availability. It is a very small town and not many places that were open to eat. It was clean. For a quick one night visit was OK.

The staff was very friendly. There was parking available at the hotel. There were more amenities to use than we realized, but we were only there for overnight, so we didn't use them. We would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasant walk up to the Shrine of the Holy House.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again. The hotel is close to the Basilica and I would suggest it for any pilgrimage group. There us a chapel in the hotel for quiet reflection also.

A clean, quiet, functional basic hotel

A smal three star hotel in a small town on the Agean coast for people visiting the shrine of our lady, very basic rooms, could certainly do with a refresh, however was clean, quiet and functional - it reminds a bit of a youth hostel with the worlds smallest lift! Great location, just cross the road and you are in the heart of everything (such as it is), staff welcoming and friendly, breakfast good, it is what it is and nothing more.

The hotel is primarily for pilgrims to the Santa Casa, and it feels like you are in a monastery. The room I stayed in was tiny - room for a double bed and small desk only, with a bathroom to match and a plastic shower I didn't try to use. Do not even try to eat in the restaurant - totally inedible food. I lasted one night, then moved a bit down the coast to Civitanova di Marche - right on the Adriatic and much more suited to American tastes. However, San Gabriele is probably the closest hotel to the cathedral, and has a great rooftop view of the distant Adriatic, the town, and the countryside.
