No good room service, just one bottle of water for the whole week, we were two persons and had only one coffee cup, no spoons. The room was very cold, with not enough blankets. No soap in the bathroom. No Shuffle Service from the airport, just depending of a single and super expensive taxi service. No good restaurant service for breakfast. All the costs in the hotel were extremely expensive and NOT with the expected quality.

Very peaceful and quiet resort, not too many people. Room was clean, food was okay, beach sand and water was clean. Lots of beach chairs available and kayaks/paddle-boards to rent. Hotel staff don’t speak English so learn some Spanish.

Everything on website was false advertisement. First the roof top bar only open 1 time while we were staying there.there was no spa was very disappointed. We had make are own call to have someone come to service us and was extremely expensive more than the us prices . Sheets pillows were not clean my light on patio didn’t work and no one came to fix it after I let them know. and service was terrible. I would take this of Expedia was very saddened cause I thought I was staying at a real resort this was no resort.

The room is clean and nice. The couch nees a steam clean or it could be stained not sure. Could have used an extra blanket and there were no wash cloth. Beautiful property good food at restaurant and the price is great. The room had a coffee maker but only one coffee cup. I have stayed her a few times and would go back.

1st floor rooms smelled like sewer water. The phone and TV werent even hooked up when we arrived. The food was mediocre but it was empty so it was nice not to have to fight for beach chairs.

Beautiful room was super clean with a beautiful balcony and ocean views. Perfect for sitting at night and listening to the waves. The beach is a minutes walk from the room and perfect for a morning or evening stroll.

We were extremely disappointed in our selected master suite. We selected this room based on the pictures and description found on Expedia's site. The hotel staff were very accommodating and did find us another suitable room. The manager told us they were unable to compensate us for the difference in cost of rooms, as we booked them on Expedia. They advised us to contact Expedia, which I did. Other than that....The room was clean, staff was accommodating, food was good, peaceful stay.

There was no hot water so had to move hotel for the third night. The towels were mouldy. Staff was not helpful apart from the maintenance guy.

The room was stinking with sewer, mold and dampness. The smell was very strong, had to sleep with an open balcony door, otherwise couldn't breath. One night the hotel was building a stage for a party - the loud construction noise and the noise of two huge generators was unbearable. The hotel failed to inform guest about this until last minute. I requested a room change and the new room was even more smelly, no towels, dirty. overall for that high of a price, this hotel is a scam and a rip off
