This tropical paradise with a private heated pool, separate hot tub, boat dock, and outside deck overlooking the saltwater canal provides the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful Longboat Key sunsets.



With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this 1,718 sq ft spacious Lyons Lane home sleeps eight people comfortably. This two-story home sits directly on a canal that leads to Sarasota Bay and is within walking distance from local shops and dining. The boat lift is available for guests who bring their boats.



The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a natural gas cooktop and grill with a double electric oven. The open floor plan and split plan bedrooms make it comfortable for all. Other amenities include: a private heated pool, large screened deck, 2 car garage parking, private washer/dryer, outside gas grill, WIFI, and a 60" TV in the living room.


The Lyons Lane Home is a short walk to the beach -- you are never far from all the necessities of a Florida vacation. Lyons Lane also welcomes pets, so bring the whole family!
