Our stay at the JW Marriott Hotel and Suites in Saigon was outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! A special thank you goes to Chau, the front desk manager, whose professionalism and friendliness were truly top-notch. She quickly addressed the issues we had with our room, assisted us in extending our stay by an extra day, and even helped arrange our airport transportation. Marriott is very lucky to have her taking care of guests—she made our stay seamless and stress-free. We also want to express our gratitude to Van and Ronaldo, who came to our aid upon arrival when we encountered an issue with an airport taxi driver trying to change the fare. They stepped in immediately, calmed the situation, and handled everything with professionalism and care. Their assistance set a wonderful tone for our entire visit. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the dining experience exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the Seafood Night buffet on Thursday, which was an incredible bargain for the amazing variety of choices offered. Overall, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended, and we are already looking forward to returning to this property on our next trip to Saigon.

Great staff from the second we stepped onto the property. They're customer service and hospitality is above and beyond! There were little things I've noticed that made our stay feel safe at all times. The outside staff was always aware. I was inside making change with the front desk while my wife was outside waiting to pickup food delivery. I saw her near the street talking to the delivery guys and in an earshot away, i noticed the outside staff was right there assuring her safety but not being intrusive. The entire team did not disappoint. Besides the great rooms and accommodations, i really wanted to highlight the staff at this property. They make the stay that much more enjoyable!
