Holiday weekend getaway

Needed a stress relieving weekend away, and this location delivered. Definitely felt at home the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. Great hosts, wonderful breakfast, and tranquil atmosphere. We were close to good restaurants and the Rock Island Katy Trailhead.

Relaxation at its best!

This was our first time staying at Walnut Waters. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners and stay at such a relaxing and well-appointed venue. One of the best experiences was enjoying the beautiful scenery while relaxing on the pond.

Truly a hidden gem! Beautiful and serene, yet minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Kansas City and other fun activities. Karl and Rebecca were fantastic hosts catering to your every need. Our room was wonderful, very clean and private. The home cooked breakfast was delicious and the other amenities were an added bonus. We will definitely come back and would recommend Walnut Waters to anyone.

I had an amazing experience staying at this location. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming people, not to mention awesome chefs for breakfast in the morning. It was also the perfect balance between privacy in your own room and having the company of the couple in the shared room or outdoors.
