The staff were very friendly chatty and helpful. Breakfast very good. Dinner has plenty of choice. Parking and location excellent.The garden was a little noisy because of the busy road but you are in London.! That was the only negative thing.

Lovely friendly and accommodating staff. Bed comfy and room had everything we needed. Small touches like like pillow mist and high quality bathroom bathroom and tea/coffee products very good. Bathroom and bedroom flooring was a bit tired and could do with refresh. Great location for Hampton court and Kingston. Overall would def recommend.

A real gem of a place

Lovely hotel in a super position for lovely walks along the Thames or Bushy Park, yet near enough to the shops for a bit of shopping. Tastefully decorated, great room and bedding, breakfast was great, and such a helpful team, especially Georgina at reception.

We loved this place and hated to leave. Bathrobes, coffees and a little refrigerator with milk for the coffee. Restaurant on site and breakfast was good. So comfortable! We slept well.

The welcome was great, I arrived early and was able to work from the pub during the morning before my room was ready and was able to check in early. The staff were all super friendly too! Rooms super comfortable and the added benefit of a mini fridge which included fresh milk for T&C and superb little treat of shortbread is always very welcome after a long day. Very useful as there is an EV charge point there too :)

Great base 4 Richmond and Hampton

This is a great hotel in Kingston as a base to see Kingston, Hampton and Richmond. Good for parking, friendly staff, especially on reception and the bar.

Luxury stay at affordable price

Loved the ambience and scent of the hotel. Really clean and very friendly staff. The jazz trio in the bar on the Friday night was an unexpected but delightful bonus, especially as they were excellent musicians with a great rapport.
